China’s Yadea has unveiled the new G5 electric scooter series that is ideal for commuting in the cities and the company featured none other than Vin Diesel in it’s commercial for the vehicle.
The Yadea G5 is an electric scooter that featues a futuristic design that comes in two variants G5 City and G5 Pro which includes a GTR 3.0 Broadband motor with IP57 waterproof rating.
The G5 City comes in with a 2,300W hub motor which offers a range up to 55 kilometers in a single charge and generates a top speed up to 55km/h with a swappable battery pack that uses Panasonic Lithium-ion cells.
The G5 Pro comes in with a 3,100W central motor which offers a range up to 130 kilometers in a single charge and generates a top speed up to 60km/h with two swappable battery pack that uses Panasonic Lithium-ion cells.
The company says its battery pack can be charge from 0-80% in just an hour. It features a 7-inch display that includes multiple features including a battery indicator.
Yadea G5 City and G5 Pro come in five matte finish color options – white, black, gray, blue, and red.
The company currently sells most of its scooters in China but its ships to more than 75 countries around the world directly from China.
