Chinese electric scooter maker Lifan has launched the Lifan E4 electric scooter primarily focused on commuters in Europe with major design changes made in Italy with specifics of European market.

Lifan E4 Electric Scooter comes in two variants: a 1,900 W version licensed as a moped and a 4,750W version licensed as a motorcycle both variants of the E4 offers a similar design with a steel frame, an aluminum alloy swing arm, a 33mm hydraulic telescopic front fork with 80mm of travel, and double gas shock absorbers in the rear. It includes 12-inch wheels with disc brakes (different configurations in different E4 model), it also offers LED Headlights and turn signals.
The E4 1,900 W version comes in with a 1,900W Bosch electric motor that is powered with Greenway lithium-ion battery packs with LG cells. It takes about 3.25 hours to full charge the single battery pack and using the double battery pack it offers up to 160 kilometers of range and a top speed of 45 kilometers per hour.
The E4 4,750W version comes in with a 4,750W Bosch electric motor using the same lithium-ion battery pack and tops a maximum speed of 70 kilometers per hour (it is also available in double battery option).
The E4 1,900W version offers a digital LED dashboard with three riding modes: Eco, Dynamic, and Sport mode while the 4,750W version includes a TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity.
The Lifan E4 Electric scooter starts at 2,390 euros for the 1,900W single battery version while the double battery version is available for 2,990 euros, the top variant with 4,750W motor is available for 4,290 euros available in graphite gray with blue details.
