India is heading ahead of introducing battery-powered two wheelers in the daily life of commuters with new incentives for early adopters, from giants like Bajaj and TVS, mobility startups are coming up with electric two wheelers for Indian commuters and adding to this Indian mobility startup, HOP Electric Mobility has added two new affordable electric scooter named HOP LYF and HOP LEO in the Indian market starting at just Rs. 65,500 in India.
HOP LYF and HOP LEO offers an elegant look that appears more like a petrol-powered scooter rather than a slim body electric scooter. It comes in with a 2,000 watts (2,700 watts for HOP LEO) electric motor that generates power from the dual lithium-ion battery pack and offers a top speed of 50 km/h (60 km/h for HOP LEO) and a total of up to 125 kilometers of range in a single charge.
It comes in packed with several features including park-assist, a reverse gear, a side-stand kill switch, three riding modes, an LED dashboard, keyless entry, an anti-theft alarm, and a built-in wheel lock and disc brakes on the front and back of the vehicle. You can also get Bluetooth, and GPS navigation system support for few extra bucks.
