After a long wait of teasers and announcements, OnePlus has finally launched the affordable OnePlus Smart TV Y1 series in India starting at Rs. 12,999 along with the OnePlus TV U1 series after the launch of OnePlus TV Q1 series last year.
OnePlus TV Y1 series comes in two 32-inch (HD ready) and 43-inch (Full HD) display variant with a “sleek minimalist design” and “nearly bezel-less screen” with DCI-P3 93% color gamut and Gamma Engine for picture enhancement.
It comes in powered with a 64-bit processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage and it offers a 20W dual-speaker system placed in the back of the TV with Dolby Audio support for surround sound experience.
OnePlus TV Y1 series comes with Google’s Android TV 9.0 running out-of-the-box with OxygenPlay, Prime Video, YouTube, Google Play Store, Hotstar, ErosNow, Zee5, and Hungama pre-installed on the TV.
It includes 2 HDMI 2.0 port, WiFi (2.4 GHz), 2 USB port, an Ethernet port along with some other options for external devices.
Pricing and availability:
OnePlus TV Y1 series starts at Rs. 12,999 for the 32-inch variant while the 43-inch variant is priced at Rs. 22,999 in India. It is available on sale starting July 5th exclusively on Amazon.
