Huawei has finally launched the MatePad 5G adding a new 5G-enabled tablet to its lineups in China.
Huawei MatePad 5G has a 10.4-inch IPS LCD screen with a 2000 x 1200 pixels resolution display. It features smooth bezels all around the screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio making it comfortable for movie watching and a 76.7% screen-to-body ratio around the display.
It comes in power with the octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 820 chipset coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage (eMMC 5.1) that is expandable up to 512GB using a dedicated microSD card slot.
It features an 8MP (f2.2) main camera with Auto Focus on the back and an 8MP (f/2.4) selfie camera placed in the bezels of the device. It includes a 7,250 mAh battery with a 22.5W fast-charging support that reach 0-30% in just 30 minutes and 2.5 hours for full charge.
On connectivity, it offers WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It comes in with Android 10-based EMUI 10.0.1 (no Google Play Services) running out-of-the-box.
Huawei MatePad 5G is available for 3,200 yuan (~Rs. 34,700) in White and Gray color options.
