Huawei has finally launched the MatePad T8 in India after a few months of its introduction in the country.
Huawei MatePad T8 has an 8-inch IPS LCD screen with a 1280 x 800 pixels resolution display. It features thick bezels all around the screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio making it comfortable for movie watching and a 76.7% screen-to-body ratio around the display.
It comes in power with the Mediatek MT8768 chipset coupled with up to 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage (eMMC 5.1) that is expandable using a dedicated microSD card slot.
It features a 5MP (f2.2) main camera with Auto Focus on the back and a 2MP (f/2.4) selfie camera placed in the bezels of the device. It includes a 5,100 mAh battery with a standard 5V charger.
On connectivity, it offers dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, a micro USB 2.0 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It comes in with Android 10-based EMUI 10.0.1 (no Google Play Services) running out-of-the-box.
Huawei MatePad T8 starts at Rs. 9,999 for the WiFi only variant while the WiFi and LTE variant is available for Rs. 10,999 in India.
It is available on sale starting from September 15th on Flipkart and it’s available for pre-orders starting from today.
