Indian lifestyle product maker Boat has launched it’s first-ever smartwatch Boat Storm entering a new product market priced at Rs. 1,999 in India which makes it a much competitive to existing affordable smartwatch from Xiaomi, Realme and other companies.
The Boat Storm smartwatch offers a square design with sharper corners and a multi-function button on the side of the device. The frame of the device is built with metal offering durability to the device.
The Boat Storm smartwatch has a 1.3-inch colored touchscreen display with customized watch faces but the company mentions that watch faces will be available via an OTA update so you won’t get much customized faces out-of-the-box.
The smartwatch features a real-time heart rate monitor, an SpO2 sensor for blood oxygen measurements with multiple modes including a meditation and cycling mode.
The watch comes in with Bluetooth 4.2, offer 5ATM water resistance, and a 210 mAh battery that the company claims can last for up to 10 days in a single charge.
The Boat Storm smartwatch is priced at Rs. 1,999 and it is available for sale on Flipkart in two Active Black, and Black & Blue color variants in India.
