China-based tech giant Xiaomi has been refreshing its accessories lineup in India as earlier this week the company launched its new Mi Wireless Power Banks and now the company has released its new Mi Car Charger Pro that supports 18W fast-charging at Rs. 799 in India.
Mi Car Charger Pro:
The company has kept the design of the Charger Pro the same but the new charger now features a premium design built with metal and uses brass to improve heat dissipation.
Another upgrade is that both USB output ports now offer 18W fast-charging support, the basic variant only had one fast-charging port which allows you to use both outlets for fast charging while traveling.
Xiaomi mentions that the Mi Car Charger Pro comes with a “Dual Port Intelligent Distribution” feature that intelligently distributes power when both ports are in use. The charger has the ability to offer 18W (9V/2A or 12V/1.5A) from a single port and offer only 12W (5V/2.4A) when both ports are in use.
The Mi Car Charger Pro includes a moonlight white LED indicator replacing the blue light in the basic variant. It also features a smart IC chip that offers protection against over-current, short circuit, over-voltage, overheating, and more.
Mi Car Charger Pro is priced at Rs. 799 in India and is only available on Xiaomi’s official website.
