Lenovo-owned Motorola has launched the Motorola Edge S30 adding a new device to the Motorola Edge Series in China.

Motorola Edge S30 has a 6.8-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, HDR10 and 2460 x 1080 pixels resolution screen with Glass protection on the front. It also features a 16MP (f/2.2) selfie camera placed under the punch hole cutout on the top center with HDR and up to 1080p video recording support.
It comes in powered with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ 5G chipset paired with 6GB/8GB/12GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage with no expandable memory support. It offers multiple-band 5G support, Wi-Fi 6e, Bluetooth 5.2 and no 3.5mm headphone jack. It features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentication and other features.
It features a vertical triple-lens camera setup that has a 108MP (f/1.9) primary sensor with PDAF support, a 13MP (ultra-wide) sensor with a 120-degree field of view, and a 2MP depth sensor with Dual-LED flash that offers HDR and up to 4K video recording support.
Motorola Edge S30 supports Motorola’s camera features like AI-powered night mode and shot optimization.
It comes in with a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support via USB-C 3.1 port, and comes with Android 11-based MYUI 2.0 running out-of-the-box,
The device is just 8.9 mm thick and it weighs up to 202 grams (color dependent).

Motorola Edge S30 is priced at 1,999 yuan for the base 6GB and 128GB variant while the top variant with 12GB/256GB storage is priced at 2,599 yuan available in Phantom Black and Glacier Blue color options in China.
