Motorola Edge 20 with 144Hz OLED display, Snapdragon 778 5G chipset and 108MP Triple-lens camera launched

Lenovo-owned Motorola has launched the Motorola Edge 20 Series adding three new devices Motorola Edge 20, Edge 20 Lite and Edge 20 Pro to the Motorola Edge Series in Europe.

Motorola Edge 20 specifications:

Motorola Edge 20 has a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 19:5:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+ and 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the front. It also features a punch hole cutout of the top center of the display that includes a 32MP (f/2.3) selfie camera with HDR and up to 1080p video recording support.

It comes in powered with the Snapdragon 870 5G chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage with no expandable memory support. It offers multiple-band 5G support, Wi-Fi 6e, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC and no 3.5mm headphone jack. It features an under-display fingerprint sensor for authentication and other features.

It features a rectangular triple-lens camera setup that has a 108MP (f/1.9) primary sensor with PDAF support, a 16MP (ultra-wide) sensor with a 119-degree field of view, and an 8MP (f/3.4) periscope cum telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, PDAF and OIS support with Dual-LED flash that offers up to 4K video recording support.

Motorola Edge 20 supports Motorola’s camera features like AI-powered night mode and shot optimization.

It comes in with a 4,000 mAh battery with 30W fast-charging support via USB-C 2.0 port, and comes with Android 11-based My UX running out-of-the-box,

The device is just 8 mm thick and it weighs up to 190 grams (color dependent).

Motorola Edge 20 Pricing & Availability:

Motorola Edge 20 is priced at 499 euros for the base 8GB and 128GB variant available in Frosted Grey, Frosted White, and Frosted Emerald color options in Europe.

It is expected to be launched in other regions soon.
