The Social Media giant, Facebook has introduced a new research app named ‘Viewpoints’ that will pay users for completing surveys, research and other tasks mentioned in the app that will help the company refine its products.
How it works:
- First, you have to set up a Facebook Viewpoints account, then you will be invited to take surveys or other programs.
- Each program has some points that you will receive on completing the program.
- The points will be calculated and on reaching the number of points required to receive a point, the payment will be transferred directly to your PayPal account.
You have to be at least 18 years old to use the app and in the app, you will be told what data has been collected from you and how it will be used to avoid the claim that the company is snooping over users’ data without users consent, the company also intends not to use your personal data or share it publicly without users’ permission.
Currently, Facebook Viewpoints is available for Facebook users in the United States only, but it will be available in other countries by 2020.
