Facebook faced another outage around the world across all its platforms includig Instagram, Whatsapp, and Messenger which left many people around the world unable to load photos in the Facebook News Feed, view stories on Instagram, or send messages on WhatsApp.
Facebook called that the issue triggered in the course of “routine maintenance operation.”
Earlier today, some people and businesses experienced trouble uploading or sending images, videos and other files on our apps. The issue has since been resolved and we should be back at 100% for everyone. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

Facebook posted a message over their official twitter account saying that the “issue has since been resolved and we should be back at 100 percent for everyone. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.”
Similar message was posted on Instagram too by Instagram official account.
According to DownDetector, which monitor website and app issues reported that the issue started around 8AM ET (5:30AM IST) and began slowly clearing up after a couple hours.
The outage appeared in various forms some users even reported of not able to send messages on Messenger other than having problem of loading images on Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.
This is not the first time Facebook has suffered this type of outage, earlier in April month Facebook and its platforms suffered an outage which was reported as occurred due to “server configuration change,”.
Facebook Down means a huge part of Economy getting down is a serious concern these days since its been down for multiple times in 2019.
