Apple announced in 2019 that the company is redesigning its Maps app and today the company has announced that the redesigned Maps app is now rolling out across the United States. The redesigned Maps app now includes faster, more accurate information and extensive views of roads, buildings, parks, airports, malls, etc.
Since replacing with Google Maps from iOS in 2012, Apple has spent years upgrading its Maps experience to compete against Google Maps and Tim Cook (CEO of Apple) has apologized to the users how Maps has failed to fulfill the expectations of the consumers.



Last year Apple Maps has become better in various ways and with the iOS 13 update the Maps now include new features like “Look Around” which is the similar variant to “Street View” on Google Maps. iOS 13 has also brought some new Maps features like real-time transit schedules, a list-making feature called Collections, Favorites and more.
Look Around feature allows users to experience 3D photography view of major cities New York City, the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Houston and Oahu, with many more
