Xiaomi has finally rolled the covers off the Redmi K50i 5G adding a new device to the Redmi K series in India.

Redmi K50i comes in with a 6.6-inch FHD+ FFS LCD (Fringe Field Switching) display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 2460 x 1080 pixels resolution, 650 nits of peak brightness, HDR10, Dolby Vision and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection display on the front.
It features a tiny punch-hole cutout on the top of the display that holds a 16MP (f/2.5) selfie camera with HDR and up to 1080p video calling support.
It comes in powered with the Mediatek Dimensity 8100 5G chipset coupled with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. On the inside, it also baked in with a 3435 sq. mm. liquid cooling plate, vapor chamber, with intelligent temperature control.
Redmi K50i features a rectangular triple-lens camera setup on the back which has a 64MP (f/1.9) primary sensor with PDAF, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle lens with 120-degree FOV, and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro lens with an LED flash that offers up to [email protected] video recording support.
It comes in with Android 12 based MIUI 13 running out-of-the-box which includes multiple features like a dark theme and a number of work/life-focused features. It also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor on the right side of the device for authentication and other features.
On connectivity, it offers Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, an Infrared port and a USB-C 2.0 port for charging and data transfer.
It features a 5,080 mAh battery with 67W fast-charging and as per the company, it can be charged from 0-50 percent in just 15 minutes.

Redmi K50i 5G starts at Rs. 25,999 for base variant of 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, while the 8GB variant is priced at Rs. 28,999 available in three Phantom Blue, Stealth Black and Quick Silver color options in India.
