Xiaomi has finally rolled the covers off the Redmi K50 Ultra a new addition to the Redmi K series in China.

Redmi K50 Ultra comes in with a 6.67-inch QHD+ OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 2712 x 1220 pixels resolution, 1300 nits of peak brightness, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus Protection display on the front.
It features a tiny punch-hole cutout on the top of the display that holds a 20MP (f/2.0) selfie camera with HDR and up to 1080p video calling support.
It comes in powered with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset coupled with 8GB/12GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. On the inside, it also baked in with a 3435 sq. mm. liquid cooling plate, vapor chamber, with intelligent temperature control.
Redmi K50 Ultra features a rectangular triple-lens camera setup on the back which has a 108MP (f/1.6) primary sensor with PDAF and OIS support, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle lens with 120-degree FOV, and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro lens with led flash that offers HDR and up to [email protected] video recording support.
It comes in with Android 12 based MIUI 13 running out-of-the-box which includes multiple features like a dark theme and a number of work/life-focused features.
On connectivity, it offers Wi-Fi 6e, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, an Infrared port and a USB-C 2.0 port for charging and data transfer.
It features a 5,000 mAh battery with 120W fast-charging and as per the company, it can be charged from 0-100 percent in just 19 minutes.

Redmi K50 Ultra starts at 2,999 yuan for base variant of 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and 4,199 yuan for the 12GB+512GB variant available in four Black, Gray, Blue and Mercedes AMG (special edition) color options in China.
