Vivo has launched the Vivo X80 5G its latest addition to the mid-range Vivo X series that comes in as the successor of the Vivo X70 series launched in 2021.

Vivo X80 5G has a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, up to 1500 nits of peak brightness, 20:9 aspect ratio and 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution with a punch hole cutout on the top of the screen that holds a 32MP (f/2.5) selfie camera with HDR and up to 4K video calling support.
Vivo X80 5G comes in powered with the Mediatek Dimensity 9000 chipset coupled with 8GB/12GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB of internal storage (UFS 3.1) with no expandable memory support. It has a 4,500 mAh battery with 80W fast-charging support that can charge the device from 0-50% in just 11 minutes, it includes a 90mm liquid-cooled heat dissipation heat pipes to keep the device cool.
It features a circular-shaped triple-lens rear camera setup which includes a 50MP (f/1.9) primary sensor with Laser AF and OIS, a 12MP (f/2.0) telephoto lens with 2X optical zoom, and a 12MP (f/2.2) wide-angle lens with 116-degree FOV with Zeiss optics and multiple mobile photography features that makes taking pictures and videos on the device much fun.
On connectivity it offers Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, an Infrared port, a USB-C 2.0 port but no 3.5mm headphone jack.
It comes in with Android 12 running with Vivo’s Origin OS Ocean (FunTouch OS in Global) that features a new and much improved UI and User experience.
