Vivo has been expanding its portfolio in the mid-range smartphone market of India and now Vivo has added the Vivo U20 to its budget smartphone lineups in the Indian market.
Vivo U20 is the rebranded version of the Vivo Y5s that is available in China with MediaTek P65 chipset but the Vivo U20 is powered by the Snapdragon 675 chipset upgraded from Snapdragon 665 chipset in the Vivo U10 launched earlier this year.
Vivo U20 has a 6.53-inch FHD+ IPS LCD Halo FullView display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 90.3% screen-to-body ratio, it has a waterdrop notch on the top of the display that holds a 16MP (f/2.0) selfie camera.

Vivo U20 has a Triple Lens rear camera setup with a 16MP (f/1.8) Sony IMX499 primary shooter, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle lens with 120-degree FOV and 2MP (f/2.4) macro sensor. It features a fingerprint sensor on the back and also features AI-face unlock for security.
Vivo U20 is powered by Snapdragon 675 CPU with Adreno 612 coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 64GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB using a dedicated microSD card slot. It has a massive 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support.
Vivo U20 comes is with Android Pie (9.0) running with Vivo’s iOS-like FunTouch OS 9.2 which features Jovi Assistant, Ultra Game mode, (with voice changer and countdown timer) and much more.
