Twitter has finally added the dark mode to the iPhones rolling out today which will be a battery saver option for the device. Listening to user requests Twitter announced the addition of the new dark mode dubbed as “lights out” which uses a proper black background. This feature will also help reduce the eye strain in low-lit environments.

How to use the new feature?
- First, visit the “Settings and Privacy” section.
- Click on “Display and Sound” from there you can toggle the Dark Mode option.
Dark Mode is available in two modes: Dim and Lights Out
Dim Mode is the default Dark Mode and the Lights Out is the Pitch Black background mode currently this new feature is only available to iPhone users, but soon it will be available to Android too.
