Beijing-based ByteDance, parent company of TikTok has unveiled it’s first smartphone Jianguo Pro 3 which is developed by the Chinese mobile phone manufacturer Smartisan and is an upgrade to the Jianguo Pro series of smartphones developed by Smartisan.
Earlier this year, ByteDance acquired some patents and talents of Smartisan , then it helped the company to build the Jianguo Pro 3 with upgraded features.
Smartisan Jianguo Pro 3 (Nut Pro 3) has a 6.39-inch FHD+ (2340×1080) pixels AMOLED screen with a waterdrop notch on the top that holds a 20MP selfie camera with 4-in-1 pixel binning, it includes an in-display fingerprint sensor, it has thin bezel on the bottom that gives an appealing look to the device.



Smartisan Jianguo Pro 3 is powered with Snapdragon 855+ chipset and Adreno 640 GPU coupled up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.0 internal storage. It comes with 4,000 mAh battery withQuick Charge 4+ (18W USB Type-C fast charging) and has Android Pie (9.0) with Smartisan 7.0 running out-of-the-box.
It features Quad-lens camera setup with a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor, a 13MP Samsung ISOCELL S5K3L6 secondary sensor with a 123-degree FOV, an 8MP Omnivision OV8856 sensor with a 2x zoom lens and a 5MP ISOCELL S5K5E9 macro lens for 2cm macro shots on the back and is packed with multiple features including NOMO camera for photography on the smartphone.
For connectivity it features Dual 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2×2 MU-MIMO ), Bluetooth 5.0, and it weighs 185 grams.

Smartisan Jianguo Pro 3 is available in three variants in China, no further details for release in other countries has been announced yet.
- 8GB + 128GB – 2,899 yuan (~$412 or Rs. 29,000)
- 8GB + 256GB – 3,199 yuan (~$455 or Rs. 32,000)
- 12GB + 256GB – 3,599 yuan (~$511 or Rs. 36,000)
It will be available in three colors named Black, White, and Pine Green.
