South Korean tech giant Samsung has launched its most affordable smartphone Galaxy M01 Core adding a new device to Samsung’s budget-friendly Galaxy M Series in India.
A couple of weeks ago, Samsung launched the Galaxy M01s in India.

Galaxy M01 Core has a 5.3-inch HD+ (720×1560 pixels resolution) TFT display with thick bezels on the top and bottom of the device, on the top, it holds a 5MP (f/2.0) selfie camera for video calling support.
It comes in power with quad-core MediaTek 6739 processor and it comes in paired with up to 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage (no external storage). It features an 8MP (f/2.0) primary camera with an LED flash.
It includes a 3,000 mAh battery with no fast-charging support using a micro USB port, the company says that the device can last for up to 11 hours in a single charge. On connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
It comes in with Android Go-based Samsung’s One UI with Dark mode and some India specific features like ‘Smart Paste and Suggest Notification’.
Galaxy M01 Core is priced at Rs. 5,499 for the 1GB + 16GB base variant while the 2GB + 32GB variant is priced at Rs. 6,499 in Black, Blue, and Red color options.
It is available on Samsung’s online and offline stores as well as other online retailers starting from July 29th.
