South Korean tech giant Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy S23 Ultra alongside the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ at a global virtual event on Wednesday.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra features a new minimalist design quite similar to the Galaxy S22 Ultra with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection on the front and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the back that offers a premium look to the device.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR 10+, 20:9 aspect ratio, 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution and up to 1750 nits of peak brightness. It features a 12MP (f/2.2) selfie camera that sits inside the punch-hole cutout in the top center of the display which offers up to 4K video recording, HDR and Dual Pixel PDAF support.
It comes in power with Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset paired with 8GB/12GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB of internal storage (UFS 4.0) with no expandable memory support.
It offers an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for authentication and other features.

It features a rectangular quad-lens rear camera setup with a 200MP (f/1.7) primary sensor with multidirectional PDAF, Lases AF and OIS, a 12MP (ultrawide) with 120-degree FOV, a 10MP (periscope cum telephoto lens) with 10X optical zoom and a 10MP (telephoto lens) with 3X optical zoom that offers up to 8K @ 30fps video recording support.
It comes in with Android 13 running with Samsung’s One UI 5.1 out-of-the-box and on connectivity, it offers tri-band Wi-Fi 6e, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and a USB-C 3.2 port. (It does not offer a 3.5 headphone jack).
It has a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging and 15W wireless charging support and it also support 4.5W reverse charging to charge other wireless charging devices.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra starts at $1,199 for the 8GB/256GB model in the United States available in multiple color options – Phantom Black, Green, Cream, Lavender, Graphite, Sky Blue, Lime and Red.
