South Korean tech giant Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy S22+ alongside the Galaxy S22 and the Galaxy S22 Ultra at a global virtual event on Wednesday.

Samsung Galaxy S22+ features a new minimalist design with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection on the front and glass back that offers a premium look to the device.
Samsung Galaxy S22+ has a 6.6-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity-O display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 19:5:9 aspect ratio, 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and up to 1750 nits of peak brightness. It features a 10MP (f/2.2) selfie camera that sits inside the punch-hole cutout in the top center of the display which offers up to 4K @60fps video recording, HDR and Dual Pixel PDAF support.
It comes in power with Snapdragon 8 Gen1 (USA/China/India) and Samsung Exynos 2200 (International) chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage (UFS 3.1) with no expandable memory support. It offers an under-display fingerprint sensor for security.

It features a vertical triple-lens rear camera setup with a 50MP (f/1.8) primary sensor with multi-directional PDAF and OIS, a 12MP (ultrawide) with 120-degree FOV, and a 10MP (telephoto lens) with 3X optical zoom, PDAF and OIS that offers up to 8K video recording support.
It comes in with Android 12 running with Samsung’s One UI 4.1 out-of-the-box and on connectivity, it offers Wi-Fi 6e, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and a USB-C 3.2 port. (It does not offer a 3.5 headphone jack).
It has a 4,500 mAh battery with a 45W fast charging and 15W wireless charging support and it also support 4.5W reverse charging to charge other wireless charging devices.
