South Korean tech giant Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy S21 Ultra at a global virtual event, most of the specifications and features of the device were leaked so many times in a couple of months.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a new minimalist design with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection on the front and Gorilla Glass on the back that offers a premium look to the device.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR 10+, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution. It features a 40MP (f/2.2) selfie camera that sits inside the punch-hole cutout in the top center of the display which offers up to 4K video recording, HDR and Dual Pixel PDAF support.

It comes in power with Snapdragon 888 (USA/China/Korea) and Samsung Exynos 2100 paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage (UFS 3.1) with no expandable memory support. It offers an under-display fingerprint sensor for security.

It features a rectangular quad-lens rear camera setup with a 108MP (f/1.8) primary sensor with PDAF, Lases AF and OIS, a 12MP (ultrawide) with 120-degree FOV, a 10MP (periscope and telephoto lens) with 10X optical zoom and a 10MP (telephoto lens) with 3X optical zoom that offers up to 8K video recording support.

It comes in with Android 11 running with Samsung’s One UI 3.1 out-of-the-box and on connectivity, it offers WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and a USB-C 3.2 port. (It does not offer a 3.5 headphone jack).

It has a 4,800 mAh battery with a 25W fast charging and 15W wireless charging support and it also support 4.5W reverse charging to charge other wireless charging devices.

Galaxy S21 Ultra Pricing and Availability:

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra starts at Rs. 105,999 for the 12GB and 256GB variant while the 16GB of RAM and 512GB variant is available for Rs. 116,999 in India.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra starts at €1,250/£1,150 for the 12/128 GB model in Europe and it will be available for pre-orders from tomorrow until January 29, 2021.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is available in five beautiful color options – Phantom Black, Phantom Silver, Phantom Titanium, Phantom Navy, and Phantom Brown.
