Samsung has announced the Galaxy S20 Tactical Edition its latest Military Smartphone and successor to the Galaxy S9 Tactical Edition that is designed for specific customers rather than the Galaxy S20 series launched earlier this year.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Tactical Edition is almost the same as the regular Galaxy S20 phone with some pre-loaded software and security features for military use packed in a rugged Juggernaut case.
It has a 6.2-inch FHD+ OLED display running with the Snapdragon 865 chipset, 12GB of RAM, 128GB storage, 64MP triple-lens camera system.
The extra features it offers include Night Vision Mode that turns off the display so you won’t get blinded while wearing night-vision goggles. Stealth Mode that disable LTE and mute all RF broadcasting for complete off-grid communications this sounds like an upgraded Airplane mode and it also includes the Lock Screen Auto Rotate for using the device comfortably in landscape mode.
It comes in equipped with Knox security system (that features a dual encryption system called DualDAR) that has approvals of various US government security standards for secure data.
Samsung has announced that this device will not be sold to basic customers and is available for “select IT channel partners” later in Q3 with no pricing or release date yet.
