South Korean tech giant Samsung has been expanding its presence in India with a spree of launches this year after losing its top position in the Indian market to Xiaomi and now the company has launched the Galaxy M31s a new addition to its budget smartphone Galaxy M series and successor to the Galaxy M31 launched earlier this year.
Galaxy M31s specifications
Samsung Galaxy M31s has a 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED screen a 20:9 aspect ratio, 91% screen-to-body ratio, and 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, it features a 32MP (f/2.0) selfie camera that sits inside the punch-hole cutout in the top center of the display and it also includes a thin bezel on the bottom of the display.
It comes in power with the same Exynos 9611 CPU and Mali-G72 MP3 GPU, coupled with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 512GB using the dedicated microSD slot. It offers a fingerprint sensor on the right side of the device and a face unlock feature for security.

It has a rectangular quad-lens rear camera setup with a 64MP (f/1.8) Sony IMX682 primary sensor, a 12MP (ultrawide) with 123-degree FOV, a 5MP (macro lens), and a 5MP (depth sensor) with Samsung’s single-take features that takes multiple shots in a single shot.
It comes in with Android 10 running with Samsung’s One UI 2.0 out-of-the-box, it has a massive 6,000 mAh battery and a 25W USB Type-C fast-charger in the box, the company says it can charge the device from 0-100% in just 97 minutes.
Galaxy M31s Pricing and Availability:
Samsung Galaxy M31s starts at Rs. 19,499 for the 6GB+128GB variant and Rs. 21,499 for the 8GB+128GB variant.
It comes in two premium gradient color options namely Mirage Black and Mirage Blue. It is available on sale starting from 6th August on both Amazon and Samsung official websites.
