Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy M22 adding a new smartphone to its budget friendly Galaxy M series with some improvements to the Galaxy M21 launched last year in India.

Samsung Galaxy M22 has a 6.4-inch HD+ Super AMOLED screen a 90Hz refresh rate screen, 20:9 aspect ratio and 720 x 1600 pixels resolution, it features a dot notch on the top of the display that holds a 13MP (f/2.2) selfie camera and it also includes a thin bezel on the bottom of the display.
It comes in power with the Mediatek Helio G80 chipset, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB using the dedicated microSD slot. It also features a fingerprint sensor on the right side of the device for authentication and other features.
It features a square-shaped quad-lens rear camera setup with a 48MP (f/2.0) primary sensor with PDAF and OIS support, an 8MP (ultrawide) with 123-degree FOV, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor with superb camera features.
It comes in with Android 11-based Samsung’s One UI Core 3.1 running out-of-the-box, it has a 5,000 mAh battery with 25W USB-C fast-charger in the box.
On connectivity, it offers Dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB-C 2.0 port for charging and data transfer.
