South Korean tech giant Samsung has launched the Galaxy M02s successor to its Galaxy M01s launched in 2020 adding a new budget device to its smartphone lineups.

Galaxy M02s has a 6.5-inch HD+ (720×1560 pixels resolution) Infinity-V PLS TFT display with a 19:9 aspect ratio screen and 81.8% screen-to-body ratio that features a dewdrop notch on the center of the screen that holds a 5MP (f/2.2) selfie camera with 1080p video calling support.
It comes in power with Snapdragon 450 chipset paired with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 512GB using a dedicated microSD card slot. It features a physical fingerprint sensor on the back for security.
It features a rectangular triple-lens camera setup with a 13MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor for portrait shots. It includes a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W quick charge support using a micro USB port.
On connectivity, it offers a 3.5mm headphone jack, WiFi, and Bluetooth 5.0 with Dual-SIM 4G support.
Galaxy M02s starts at Rs. 8,999 for the 3GB/32GB base variant while the 4GB + 64GB variant is priced at Rs. 9,999 in black, blue, and red color options in India.
Galaxy M02s is available in a single 4GB + 64GB variant priced at NPR 15,999 (~Rs. 9,900) in black, blue, and red color options in Nepal.
