South Korean tech giant Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy A73 5G adding a new device to its Galaxy A series that comes in as the successor of the Galaxy A72 launched in 2021.

Samsung Galaxy A73 5G has a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate screen and 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. It features a 32MP (f/2.2) selfie camera that sits inside the dot notch on the top center of the display that offers HDR and up to 4K video recording support and it also includes smooth bezels on the bottom of the screen.
It comes in power with the an octa-core 5G chipset coupled with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 1TB using the shared SIM slot. It also features an under display optical fingerprint sensor for security and other features.
It features a rectangular quad-lens rear camera setup with a 108MP (f/1.8) primary sensor with PDAF and OIS, a 12MP (ultrawide) with 123-degree FOV, a 5MP (f/2.4) depth sensor and a 5MP (macro lens) with Samsung’s single-take features that takes multiple shots in a single shot.
It comes in with Android 12 running with Samsung’s One UI 4.1 out-of-the-box, it has 5,000 mAh battery with a 25W USB-C Adaptive fast-charger in the box that can charge the device for 0-50% in just 30 minutes.
On connectivity, it offers dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and a USB-C 2.0 for charging and datat transfers.
