Samsung has been losing its strength in the budget smartphone category in India to Chinese rivals Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, and Realme but the company has been strong in the mid-range smartphone series thanks to its Galaxy A series and the company has refreshed its Galaxy A series with the launch of Galaxy A71 in India (launched in December 2019).
Galaxy A71 specifications
Samsung Galaxy A71 has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED screen with an Infinity-O display that holds a 32MP (f/2.2) selfie camera. It has a 20:9 aspect ratio, 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 87.4% screen-to-body ratio and an in-display fingerprint sensor to unlock the device.
Galaxy A71 is powered by Snapdragon 730 chipset, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage (UFS 2.1) with up to 512GB using the dedicated microSD slot.

It has an L-shaped rectangular quad-lens rear camera setup with a 64MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, a 12MP (ultrawide) with 123-degree FOV, a 5MP (macro lens), and a 5MP (depth sensor) with superb camera features.
It comes in with Android 10 running with Samsung’s One UI 2.0 out-of-the-box, it has a 4,500 mAh battery and a 25W USB Type-C fast-charger in the box and it weighs just 179 grams.

Samsung Galaxy A71 is available in a single variant of 8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage at Rs. 29,999.
It is available in three color options named Prism Crush Silver, Blue and Black. It will be available on sale starting from 24th February on both online and offline stores.
