South Korean tech giant Samsung has finally unveiled the Galaxy A22 5G its most affordable 5G smartphone in Europe.

Samsung Galaxy A22 5G has a 6.6-inch FHD+ TFT LCD Infinity-U display with a 90Hz refresh rate screen, 20:9 aspect ratio and 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. It features an 8MP (f/2.2) selfie camera that sits inside the dot notch on the top center of the screen and it also includes smooth bezels on the bottom of the screen.
It comes in power with the Mediatek Dimensity 700 5G chipset coupled with 4GB/6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage which is expandable using the dedicated microSD slot. It also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentication and it also features AI face unlock for unlocking the device.

It features a square-shaped triple-lens rear camera setup with a 48MP (f/1.8) primary sensor with PDAF, a 5MP (ultrawide) with 123-degree FOV, and a 2MP (depth sensor) with an LED flash, HDR and up to 1080p video recording support.
It comes in with Android 11 running with Samsung’s One UI 3.1 out-of-the-box, it features a 5,000 mAh battery with a 15W USB-C Adaptive fast-charger in the box.
On connectivity it offers dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB-C port for data transfer and charging.

Samsung Galaxy A22 5G starts at Rs. 21,999 for the 6GB+128GB base variant, pricing of other variants will be available soon available in four Gray, White, Mint, and Violet color options in Europe.
