Xiaomi has finally upgraded its entry-level A series with the newly launched Redmi 8A just before the festival season is coming in India.
Redmi 8A has a polycarbonate body that feels really good in the hand and gives it a premium look while being an entry-level device. It has an upgraded 6.22-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen with Xiaomi’s Dot notch display that holds an 8MP selfie camera,
Redmi 8A is powered by Snapdragon 439 processor paired with up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage which is expandable up to 512GB with a dedicated microSD card slot.
Redmi 8A features a single-lens 13MP camera on the back and is packed with multiple features for photography on the smartphone. It has a massive 5,000 mAh battery that also supports 18W fast-charging via the USB Type-C port.

Redmi 8A starts at Rs. 6,499 (Rs. 5,999 Republic Day Sale Price) for the 2GB+32GB base variant and the higher 3GB RAM variant, with 32GB storage is available for Rs. 7,499.
Redmi 8A is available on sale from September 29, exclusively on Mi.com and Flipkart. It is available in three colors named Midnight Black, Ocean Blue, and Sunset Red.
