Realme is going all-in for 2020 with the launch of new devices periodically, today the company released the Realme X50 Pro Player Edition version that is specifically designed to offer much better gaming experience than the basic Realme X50 Pro version.
Realme X50 Pro Player Edition:
Realme X50 Pro Player Edition features a 6.44-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 89.4% screen-to-body ratio, a 90Hz refresh rate. It features a punch-hole over the display that holds a dual-lens front camera of 16MP (f/2.5) with an 80-degree FOV and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor.
Realme X50 Pro Player Edition comes in powered with the same Snapdragon 865 chipset, coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of internal storage (UFS 3.1).
The major new feature of the device is the Hyperboost 3.0 that allocates all the memory, chipset, and battery power to increase the gaming experience, it includes graphite sheets between the battery and the back panel to ease disseminate the heat and provide optimal gaming. It also includes a five-dimensional Vapor Cooling System to keep control of the device temperature.
It features a vertical quad-lens rear camera setup with a 48MP (f/1.8) Sony IMX586 primary sensor, an 8MP (f/2.3) ultra-wide lens with 119-degree FOV, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor that is capable of taking brilliant photos and videos.
Realme is offering this device with Android 10 based realme UI 1.0 running out-of-the-box. It includes a 4,200 mAh battery with a 65W fast-charging support that the company says can charge it from 0-100 in just 35 minutes.
It doesn’t include a 3.5mm headphone jack as the company is pushing for it’s recently released Realme Earbuds.
Realme X50 Pro Player Edition Pricing & Availability:
Realme X50 Pro Player Edition starts at 3,299 yuan (~Rs. 35,000) for the 8GB + 128GB variant while the top variant with 12GB RAM and same storage is available for 3,599 yuan (~Rs. 38,200) in China.
It will be available on sale in two beautiful color options named Light Speed Silver, and Phantom Black.
