Realme has launched the Realme GT Neo5 adding a new mid-range smartphone to the Realme GT Series that comes in as the successor of the Realme GT Neo3 launched last year in China.

It features a 6.74-inch Full HD+ 10-bit AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1500Hz touch sampling rate display, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 2772 x 1240 pixels resolution, 92.6% screen-to-body ratio, HDR10+, up to 1400nits of peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front. It features a punch-hole cutout on the top of the display that holds a 16MP (f/2.5) selfie camera with wide-angle, HDR, and 1080p video calling support.
It comes in power with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset, coupled with 8GB/12GB/16GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage (UFS 3.1) with no expandable memory support. It also includes an upgraded five-layered Vapor Chamber cooling system that keeps the device cool and offers an optimal experience while gaming and other heavy tasks.
Realme GT Neo5 features a rectangular triple-lens camera setup with a 50MP (f/1.9) Sony IMX890 primary sensor with PDAF and OIS, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide lens with 112-degree FOV, and a 2MP (f/3.3) microscope lens with dual-LED dual-tone flash that is capable of taking brilliant photos and videos and offers support for up to [email protected] video recording support.
On connectivity, it offers Dual-band 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and Infrared port, a USB-C 2.0 port, and no 3.5mm headphone jack. It also features an under-display optical fingerprint sensor for authentication and other features.
It comes in with Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 running out-of-the-box. It includes 5,000 mAh battery with 150W fast-charging that juice up the battery from 1-50% in just 10 minutes.
