Poco has finally launched the Poco M5 adding a new device to its M series in India.
Poco M5 specifications:
Poco M5 has a 6.58-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, 88.0% screen-to-body ratio, up to 400 nits of peak brightness and 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It features a notch on the top center of the screen that holds an 8MP (f/2.0) selfie camera with up to 1080p video calling support.
It comes in powered with the Mediatek Helio G99 chipset coupled with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage (UFS 2.2) that is expandable using a dedicated microSD card slot. It includes a fingerprint sensor on the right side of the device for authentication and other features.
On the back, it features a rectangular triple-lens camera setup with a 50MP (f/1.8) primary sensor with PDAF, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor with an LED flash that offers HDR and up to 1080p video recording support.
It includes a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast-charging using the USB-C 2.0 port, the company says it’s battery can be used for 2 and a half years with minimal degradation.
On connectivity, it offers dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, an Infrared port, NFC, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. It comes in with Android 12-based MIUI 13 running out-of-the-box.

Poco M5 starts at Rs. 12,499 for the base 4GB/64GB variant while the top variant with 6GB/128GB is priced at Rs. 14,499 available in Poco Yellow, Icy Blue and Power Black color options in India.
