Oppo has finally unveiled the Oppo Reno9 series with the launch of Oppo Reno9 in China that comes in as the successor to the Oppo Reno8 series launched earlier this year.

It has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate screen, HDR10+, 20:9 aspect ratio, 90% screen-to-body ratio, 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, up to 950 nits of peak brightness with Asahi Glass AGC DT-Star2 protection on the front. It features a tiny punch-hole cutout on the top center of the screen that holds a 32MP (f/2.4) selfie camera with AF, Panorama, HDR and 1080p video calling support.
It comes in power with the Snapdragon 778G 5G chipset that offers Dual-mode 5G support and comes in paired with 8GB/12GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB of internal storage (UFS 3.1 for 512GB model only). It features a faster under-display optical fingerprint sensor for security that unlocks the device in just 0.34 seconds and it comes in with Android 13-based ColorOS 13 running out-of-the-box.
It features a rectangular dual-lens camera setup that includes a 64MP (f/1.8) primary sensor with PDAF, and a 2MP depth sensor with superb photography and videography features including 4K @ 30fps video recording support.
It has a 4,500 mAh battery with 67W fast-charging (1-33% in just 10 minutes) and offers reverse wired charging support. On connectivity, it offers Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, USB-C 2.0 port, but no 3.5mm headphone jack.

It starts at 2,499 yuan for the 8GB/256GB variant, 2,699 yuan for the 12GB/256GB variant while the top variant with 12GB /512GB is priced at 2,999 yuan available in four Black, Gold, Pink Gradient, and Red color options in China.
