Oppo has finally unveiled the Oppo Reno8 series with the launch of Oppo Reno8 in India. Oppo Reno8 series comes in as the successor to the Oppo Reno7 series launched earlier this year.

Oppo Reno8 has a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate screen, 20:9 aspect ratio, 88% screen-to-body ratio, 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, up to 800 nits of peak brightness with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front. It features a tiny punch-hole cutout on the top left of the display that holds a 32MP (f/2.4) selfie camera with AF, Panorama, HDR and 1080p video calling support.
It features a flat front and back with flat sides that gives it a box-shape.
It comes in power with the Mediatek Dimensity 1300 chipset that offers Dual-mode 5G support and comes in paired with 8GB/12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage (UFS 3.1). It features a faster under-display optical fingerprint sensor for security that unlocks the device in just 0.34 seconds and it comes in with Android 12-based ColorOS 12.1 running out-of-the-box.
It features a rectangular triple-lens camera setup that includes a 50MP (f/1.8) primary sensor with PDAF, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 112-degree FOV, and a 2MP macro lens with superb photography and videography features including 4K @ 30fps video recording support.
It has a 4,500 mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast-charging (1-45% in just 10 minutes) and offers reverse charging support.
On connectivity, it offers Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, USB-C 2.0 port, but no 3.5mm headphone jack.
