Oppo has finally unveiled the Oppo Reno 5 series with the launch of Oppo Reno 5 5G, Reno 5 Pro 5G, and Reno 5 Pro+ 5G in China.
Oppo Reno 5 series is the successor to the Oppo Reno 4 series launched earlier this year.

Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G features a similar design to the Reno 4 with a glass front, glass back and aluminum frame curved design on the back of the device.
Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G has a 6.55-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate screen, 20:9 aspect ratio, 92.1% screen-to-body ratio, 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. It features a tiny punch-hole cutout on the top left of the display that holds a 32MP (f/2.4) selfie camera with multiple beauty features and 1080p video calling support.
It comes in power with the Mediatek Dimensity 1000+ 5G chipset that offers Dual-mode 5G support and comes in paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage (UFS 2.1). It features a faster under-display fingerprint sensor for security that unlocks the device in just 0.34 seconds and it comes in with Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1 running out-of-the-box.
It features a rectangular quad-lens camera setup that includes a 64MP (f/1.7) primary sensor with PDAF, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle lens with 119-degree FOV, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor with superb photography and videography features including 4K video recording support.
Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G has a 4,300 mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast-charging support that can charge the device from 0-100% in just 37 minutes.
On connectivity, it offers dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, USB-C 3.1 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G is available at Rs. 35,990 for the single 8GB and 128GB variant in astral blue and starry black color options in India.
Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G starts at 3,399 yuan (~Rs. 38,200) for the 8/128GB base variant while the top variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB variant is available for 3,799 yuan (~Rs. 42,700) in China.
It is available in four Starry Night, Aurora Blue, Moonlight Black and Star Wish Red color options in China.
