Oppo has launched the Oppo K9 5G adding a new affordable 5G smartphone to its budget friendly Oppo K Series in China.

Oppo K9 5G has a 6.43-inch FHD+ 90Hz refresh rate Samsung AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. It features a 32MP (f/2.0) selfie camera that sits under the punch hole cutout on the top left of the display with smooth bezels at the bottom of the device.
It comes in power with the Snapdragon 768G 5G chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage (UFS 2.1) that can be expanded up to 256GB using a dedicated microSD card slot. It features an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication and other features.
It features a rectangular-shaped triple-lens camera setup that includes a 64MP (f/1.8) primary sensor with PDAF, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro lens that offers up to 4K (@30fps) video recording support.
Oppo K9 5G comes in packed with a 4,300 mAh battery with 65W fast-charging support. On connectivity, it offers dual-band WiFi, and Bluetooth 5.0 for connectivity with a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB-C 2.0 port.
It comes in with Android 11 based ColorOS 11.1 running out-of-the-box and it weighs 172 grams with just 7.9mm thickness.

Oppo K9 5G starts at 1,999 yuan for the 8GB and 128GB base variant while the 256GB storage variant is available for 2,199 yuan in two black and gradient color options in China.
It will be available for sale starting from May 11th in China.
