Oppo has launched the Oppo A93 5G adding a new 5G smartphone to its affordable Oppo A series in China.

Oppo A93 5G has a 6.5-inch FHD+ 90Hz refresh rate IPS LCD display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 90.5% screen-to-body ratio and 2400 X 1080 pixels resolution. It features a punch hole cutout on the top left of the display that holds an 8MP (f/2.0) selfie camera with thin bezels at the bottom.
It comes in power with the Snapdragon 480 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage (UFS 2.1) that can be expanded up to 256GB using a dedicated microSD card slot. It includes a fingerprint sensor on the right side of the button for authentication and other features.
It features a rectangular-shaped triple-lens camera setup that includes a 48MP (f/1.7) primary sensor with PDAF, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP portrait lens that offers up to 4K video recording support.
Oppo A93 5G has a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support, on connectivity it offers dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB-C 2.0 port for charging and data transfer.
It comes in with Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1 running out-of-the-box with multiple gaming features like Game Boost 2.0, and it weighs 175 grams with just 8.4mm thickness.

Oppo A93 5G (8GB/256GB variant) is priced at 1,999 yuan (~Rs. 22,500) available in Black, White, Aurora color options while the price of 128GB variant is not announced yet.
