Oppo A17 with Helio G35 chipset, 50MP Dual camera and 5,000 mAh battery launched

Oppo has launched the Oppo A17 adding a new device to its affordable Oppo A Series in India.

Oppo A17 has a 6.56-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 88.7% screen-to-body ratio, and 1612 X 720 pixels resolution. It features a 5MP (f/2.0) selfie camera that sits under the teardrop notch on the top of the display with smooth bezels at the bottom.

It comes in power with the Mediatek Helio G35 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage (eMMC 5.1) that can be expanded up to 256GB using a dedicated microSD card slot. It includes a fingerprint sensor on the right side of the device for authentication and other features.

It features a vertical dual-lens camera setup that includes a 50MP (f/1.8) primary sensor with PDAF and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor that offers up to 1080p video recording support.

It comes in with a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W fast-charging support. On connectivity, it offers dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 for connectivity with a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB-C port.

It comes in with Android 12-based ColorOS 12.1 running out-of-the-box with multiple gaming features like Game Boost and it weighs 189 grams with just 8.3mm thickness.
