HMD Global, the maker of the Nokia-branded phones has officially launched the Nokia XR20 that comes in as the rugged version of the Nokia X20 launched earlier this year with some changes.

Nokia XR20 has a 6.67-inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 1080 × 2400 pixels resolution and up to 550 nits of peak brightness it features a tiny punch hole cutout on the top center of the display that holds an 8MP (f/2.0) selfie camera and soft bezels on the bottom of the front screen.
Nokia XR20 is a rugged smartphone that features heavy-duty exterior MIL-STD810H-certified to withstand drops from 1.8 meters and offers standard IP68 water and dust resistance with Gorilla Glass Victus on the front.
Nokia XR20 comes in power with the Snapdragon 480 5G chipset coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage (eMMC 5.1) that is expandable up to 512GB using a shared SIM slot.
It features a square-shaped dual-lens rear camera set up on the back with a 48MP (f/1.8) primary sensor with PDAF and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 119-degree FOV with Dual LED flash, it offers HDR and up to 4K video recording support.
It features a fingerprint sensor on the right side of the device for security and authentication, it also features a dedicated Google Assistant button on the side and a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom.
It has a 4,630 mAh battery with 18W USB-C fast charging and 15W wireless charging support, it comes in with Android 11 running out-of-the-box with support for up to 4 years of guaranteed security and software updates in the future.
On connectivity, it offers dual-band 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC support.
Nokia XR20 is available for $549 in Ultra Blue and Granite Grey color options in the United States.
