Last year Motorola launched the Motorola Razr 2019 (probably the most anticipated device of 2019), now the company has launched the Motorola Razr 5G successor to its previous model with upgraded specifications.

The design of the new Motorola Razr 5G is similar to the original second-generation Motorola Razr 2019 with a clamshell foldable design that has a 6.2-inch pOLED foldable screen with 876 x 2142 resolution and a 2.7″ gOLED outer screen with 800 x 600 resolution.
Motorola Razr 2019 has a 6.2-inch plastic OLED panel with a 21:9 aspect ratio and (2142 x 876) pixels resolution that folds in half along the horizontal axis, and when folded it has a secondary display ‘Quick View’ 2.7-inch glass OLED panel with 600×800 pixels resolution.
The Motorola Razr 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 765G chipset that adds 5G support for the device and is paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It comes in with a 2,800 mAh battery with 15W TurboPower charging support.
When unfolded the device has a 20MP (f/2.2) selfie camera with an LED flash and on the back, it features a 48MP (f/1.7) primary camera with OIS, laser autofocus, and a dual-LED flash.
It comes with Android Pie (9.0) running out-of-the-box with stock UI and now allows access to more apps like camera, messages, Google Maps, and YouTube from the outer screen.
For connectivity, it features mostly all devices we see in regular smartphones like Bluetooth® 5.0, WiFi 802.11 with dual-band support, NFC, USB 3.0 (Type-C), and all major navigation systems.
It also includes the secret “Retro Razr” mode that turns your modern smartphone into it’s 2004-era predecessor and the mode is like an Android Launcher for the device that re-creates the original RAZR UI through software, right down to the classic boot animation.
Everything is functional in the “Retro Razr” mode including the screen, keypad and the sounds.
Motorola Razr 5G Pricing and Availability:
Moto Razr 5G is priced at Rs. 1,24,999 in India and it is available for pre-order starting from October 12 on Flipkart.
Motorola Razr 5G is priced at $1,399 (~Rs. 1,02,500) in the United States, and it is available for purchase from fall this year at Best Buy, B&H Photo, Amazon, and Motorola’s website.
Moto Razr 5G is available in three color options namely Polished Graphite, Liquid Mercury, and Blush Gold.
