South Korean electronics giant LG has launched its new flagship smartphone LG Velvet in South Korea which the company believe to be a game changer in improving the market share of the company in the world.

LG Velvet features a 3D arc design on the front and a Rain Drop camera with a beautifully minimal design on the back.
LG Velvet has a 6.8-inch FHD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) resolution P-OLED curved display that has thin bezels on the top and bottom of the screen. It features a waterdrop notch on the top that holds a 16MP (f/1.9) selfie camera with superb camera features.
It comes in power with the Snapdragon 765G chipset (Snapdragon 845 in Europe – No 5G support) which means the device offers dual-band 5G support. It comes in coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage and is expandable up to 2TB using a microSD card slot.
It features a triple-lens horizontal raindrop style camera setup which includes a 48MP (f/1.8) primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens with a 120-degree field-of-view and a 5MP depth sensor along with an LED Flash.
It includes an under-display fingerprint sensor that functions smoothly, It features a 4,300 mAh battery with 25W (15W in Europe model) fast charging and 10W wireless charging support, for connectivity it offers WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC and USB-C port.
LG Velvet Pricing and Availability:
LG Velvet has been priced at 899,800 won (~Rs. 55,800 or $735) in South Korea which is lower than the LG G8 ThinQ flagship, it is available for pre-order tomorrow and is available on sale from 15th May.
It is available in four attractive color options named Aurora White, Aurora Gray, Aurora Green, and Illusion Sunset.
