Chinese tech giant Lenovo has finally unveiled the Lenovo Legion Y70 that comes in as a new addition to the Lenovo Legion Gaming Phone series.

Lenovo Legion Y70 features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ 144Hz refresh rate OLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 92% screen-to-body ratio, up to 1500Hz touch sampling rate, 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 1000 nits of brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus Protection on the front. It also features a 16MP selfie camera that is placed under the punch hole cutout on the top center of the screen with HDR and up to 1080p video recording support.
It comes in powered with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset coupled with 8GB/12GB/16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB of internal storage (UFS 3.1) with no expandable memory support.
It features a more asthetic design than other Legion series smartphones that as a rectangular triple-lens camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor with PDAF and OIS support, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 120-degree FOV and a 2MP depth sensor that offers up to 8K video recording support.
It includes “up to 10 layers” of cooling solutions, including several graphite sheets and a vapour chamber of 5,047 sq. mm to keep the device cooler in hefty gaming sessions.
It comes in with a 5,100 mAh battery that uses a 68W fast-charging technology that can charge the device from 0-80% in just 34 minutes.
On connectivity it offers dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and a USB-C 2.0 port.
