Indian mobile manufacturer Lava has launched its new entry-level smartphone Lava Z61 Pro in India with features that might put it compete against entry-level devices of Xiaomi, Realme, and Samsung in the price comparison.
Lava Z61 Pro Specifications:
Lava Z61 Pro features a sleek and slim body that gives a firm hold in hand with a polycarbonate design. It has a 5.45-inch HD+ (720×1520 pixels) display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and noticeable bezels on the top and bottom of the device.
Lava Z61 Pro is powered with an unspecified 1.6Ghz Octa-core processor (Unisoc SC9863A processor) that comes in coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB using a dedicated microSD card slot with dual sim support.
On the back of the device, it features a single-lens camera setup with an 8MP sensor and LED flash. It also offers a 5MP selfie camera for video calling support. It does not offer a physical fingerprint sensor but offers face unlock for security.
It features a 3,100 mAh battery that can be charged using a micro-USB port. It will come with Android Pie (Go Edition)-based Star OS 5.1 and also includes all major connectivity features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Pricing and Availability:
Lava Z61 Pro is priced at Rs. 5,774 and will be available in two color options – Amber Red and Midnight Blue. It is available on Flipkart, Amazon and other offline stores soon.
The company has not revealed much details but it is expected more details will be available soon.
