Huawei has launched the Huawei Nova 9 successor to the Huawei Nova 8 launched last year in China.

Huawei Nova 9 comes in with a 6.57-inch FHD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) 120Hz refresh rate OLED screen with 19:5:9 aspect ratio, and 92% screen-to-body ratio. It features a 32MP (f/2.0) selfie camera that is placed on the top center of the screen that offers up to 4K video recording support.
Huawei Nova 9 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 4G chipset coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of (UFS 3.1) internal storage with no expandable memory support. It offers an under-display fingerprint sensor for authentication and other features.
It comes in with a dual-ring shaped quad-lens rear camera setup with a 50MP (f/1.9) primary sensor with PDAF, an 8MP ultra wide angle lens, a 2MP (f/2.4) macro lens, and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor with LED flash packed with major mobile photography features.
It comes with Harmony OS 2.0 running out-of-the-box and includes a 4,300 mAh battery with 66W fast-charging support that the company says can charge from 0-100% in just 38 minutes and it also offers reverse charging support.
On connectivity, it offers Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and a USB-C 2.0 port for charging and data transfer.
Huawei Nova 9 is priced at 2,699 yuan for the 8GB/128GB base variant while the 256GB storage variant is priced at 2,999 yuan is available in Black, Blue, Green, and Violet color options in China.
