Taiwan-based global tech giant HTC has finally unveiled the HTC U20 5G its first 5G smartphone after a series of teasers and leaks.
HTC U20 5G specifications:
HTC U20 5G has a 6.8-inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen with 20:9 aspect ratio and 83.5% screen-to-body ratio. It features a punch-hole cutout on the top left of the display that holds a 32MP (f/2.0) selfie camera with 1080p video calling and HDR support.
It comes in powered by the Snapdragon 765G CPU and Adreno 620 GPU, it comes in coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage which is expandable up to 512GB microSD card slot.
HTC Desire 20 Pro has a vertical Quad-lens rear camera setup with a 48MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle lens with 118-degree FOV, a 2MP (macro lens) and a 2MP depth sensor for bokeh effects. It also features a fingerprint sensor on the back for security.
It comes in with Android 10-based HTC Sense running out-of-the-box, it includes a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging and Quick Charge 4.0 support.
On connectivity, it features dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, USB-C port but no headphone jack.
HTC has not announced the price of the device yet, HTC U20 5G will be available in Green and White color options.
