Honor has announced the Honor X8 adding a new device to the Honor X Series in China.

Honor X8 specifications:

Honor X8 has a 6.7-inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 94.2% screen-to-body ratio, 1080 x 2388 pixels resolution. It features a punch hole cutout on the top of the screen that holds a 16MP (f/2.0) selfie camera with 1080p video calling support.

Honor X8 comes in powered with the Snapdragon 680 chipset paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage with no expandable memory support. It also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentication.

It comes in with a square-shaped quad-lens rear camera setup that includes a 64MP (f/1.8) primary sensor with PDAF support, a 5MP ultrawide angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor that offers up to 1080p video recording support.

It has a 4,000 mAh battery with a 22.5W fast charging that can charge the device from 0-50% in just 30 minutes. On connectivity, it offers dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 and USB-C 2.0 support.

It comes in with Android 11-based Magic UI 4.2 with no Google Play Services running out of the box.

Honor X8 will be available in three Titanium Silver, Midnight Black and Ocean Blue color options in China.
