Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has announced its first phone of 2020 updating its smartphone series in India. The Indian variant of the Honor 9X has been launched with some downgrades from chipset to storage compared to the Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro launched in China.
Honor 9X specifications:
Honor 9X has a 6.59-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a 19:5:9 aspect ratio and an almost bezel-less 92% screen-to-body ratio. It features a 16MP (f/2.2) Motorized pop-up selfie camera.
Honor 9X features the Kirin 710F CPU and Mali-G51 MP4 GPU coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 512GB using a dedicated microSD card slot. It features a dynamic X design on the back with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.



Honor 9X features a triple-lens rear camera setup with a 48MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 120-degree FOV and a 2MP depth sensor with AIS 2.0 feature included for stable super night mode shots.
Honor 9X has a 4,000 mAh battery with a standard 10W USB Type-C charger with no fast-charging support. It includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and comes with Android 9 (Pie)-based on EMUI 9.1 running out-of-the-box.
Honor 9X Price & Availability
Honor 9X starts at Rs. 13,999 for 4GB + 128GB base variant and the top variant with 6GB + 128GB will be available for Rs. 16,999 in India. It is available in two color options named Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue with the sale starting from January 19th on Flipkart and Honor web store.
