Google has finally announced the Pixel 5, its latest addition to the Google Pixel series and the successor to the Pixel 4 launched last year in the United States.

Google Pixel 5 has a 6-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rat and 2340 x 1080 pixels resultions at 432 PPI, it offers a punch-hole cutout on the screen that holds an 8MP (f/2.0) selfie camera with 1080p video calling support.
Google Pixel 5 comes in powered with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage (UFS 2.1) with no expandable memory support.
It offers a square-shaped dual-lens camera setup on the back with a 12.2MP (f/1.7) primary sensor with PDAF and OIS support and a 16MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle lens with 107-degree FOV that offers up to 4K video recording at 60fps and Google’s photography tools.
Pixel 5 has a 4,080 mAh battery with 18W fast-charging using USB-C port, it also offers wireless charging and reverse charging using USB Power delivery 2.0. It comes in with Android 11 out-of-the-box and since its Google’s own product you get each and every update from Google including exclusive features for three years.

Google Pixel 5 is available in a single 8GB + 128GB variant priced at $699/€630/£599 that is now available for pre-order starting today in the United States on the Google Store. It will be shipped to the customers starting from October 15.
On the company’s website it is listed that the device will be available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States in the first phase of release.
